How long will shipping take?
Small items such as accessories and organ shoes are usually processed in 1-2 business days for shipping Australia wide using Australia post.
Our wonderful instruments are usually delivered using specialty carriers so please talk to us for availability depending on your location.
Do you offer piano tuning services?
Bernies Music Land partners with independent piano tuners for our display pianos, for tuning services please call the store and talk to our friendly team and we will connect you with a technician.

What happens if there is a fault with my product?
Should the instrument you purchased here at Bernies be playing up, whether during Warranty period or after, we are happy to help you solve the problem. Please email info@musicland.com.au with your instrument details, the fault query, your location and contact phone number so we can assist.
